FAQ's and Policies

Candy Town USA makes every effort to ship products as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours or less. Once your item has been shipped it is the shipping carriers responsibility to deliver. Be advised that during the current COVID-19 pandemic most shipping carriers have removed any shipping transit time guarantees. This is outside of the control of Candy Town USA.

Because of FDA regulation and policies, Candytown USA is not able to return perishable items. This mean that nothing that is edible may be returned unless we incorrectly shipped the wrong item(s). If an item was ordered in error, please contact us immediately so that we can cancel it; if a perishable item has already shipped, we are unable to refund the purchase. We do, however, accept returns on non-perishable items.
We want to make sure you’re receiving exactly what you want so we list all our items as accurately as possible. If you have any question about any of our products, please contact us HERE before you place your order.
Broken or defective products will be either reshipped or refunded to the customer. We take care to carefully package all our items, but we cannot be held liable for damage to fragile products nor of melted products that were not sent via expedited shipping.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order and are reviewed based on the above criteria. If you need to begin the return process, please contact us HERE.

We love our customers and want them to be safe. We offer thousands of types of treats and while we provide a variety of candy options, please note that we cannot guarantee allergy-free products. We make many of our products in-house and there may be cross contamination with wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, and/or soy. If you’re sensitive to any of these ingredients, please contact us HERE before ordering so that we can ensure we’re providing you the best experience possible.

We ship quickly – often same day. Sometimes it takes longer to put orders together, so we reserve up to 48 hours for processing time. While we don’t typically need this long to get your order out the door, large orders and ordering around the holidays may push it closer to that 48-hour window. For those that don’t want to wait for their order to ship, we offer in-store pickup for everyone who can come by.
If you’ve ordered treats that are temperature sensitive like chocolate, caramel, and meltable candies, we highly recommend expedited shipping. For expedited shipping order, we will pack your perishables with ice packs to help keep the heat away at no additional charge. It is also wise to order meltable products earlier in the week with expedited shipping to be sure your treats won’t be sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.
Please bear in mind that we are not responsible for any melted edibles, regardless of how it was shipped.

We use multiple encryption methods to keep your information secure. We don’t store any of your personal or payment information on our servers; what you choose to pay with stays with that payment processor.
We do not, nor will we ever, share or sell your information with third parties. We hate spam as much as you do. We will use your email address only to contact you about your order. If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we will update you on items we think you might be interested in – we will never spam you.
